On Monday October 3rd, the Medina Valley Land, Range and Plant ID judging teams traveled to Blanco. The teams arrived a little groggy, but ended up with a good practice competition before Area. The Land team consisted of Raygan Brown, Dylan Mata, Tayla Juarez, Billy Zepeda, Matthew Sapp, Victoria Juarez, and Eileen Zinsmeister. The team placed 4th overall with Dylan Mata placing 4th individually. The Range team consisted of Bryce Macdonald, Clayton DeCock, Ryan Tomaselli, Garrett Chase, and Miranda Vincent. The team placed 8th with Bryce Macdonald receiving 8th individually. The Plant ID team consisted of Nathan Greene, Arianna Medina, and James Howard. The new team placed 14th. Since Plant ID does not have an Area competition, only Land and Range will be traveling to Blanco on Wednesday October 12th. Good luck Panthers!
